1. What Information Do We Collect?
Clear Defend is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. We collect information from you when you place an order through our website or contact us. This information includes data provided at that time, such as name, company name, organization number/personal identification number, telephone number, email address, or similar data. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
In addition to this, our website automatically receives and stores information from your computer and browser, such as your IP address and the page(s) you visited on our site.
2. Why Do We Collect This Information?
2.1 To manage your order and respond to inquiries related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and, when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor marketing to your individual needs. This type of information is used to provide the service. Upon termination of the service, your data remains in our business system unless you notify us that you wish to be removed from our register. Clear Defend is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the webshop and ensures that the rules are followed. The computers/servers used to store all personal information are stored in a secure environment.
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords.

As a customer, you have the right to contact us and obtain information about what personal data we process about you, the possibility to update it, or to have it deleted.
